Income tax checkoff for Iowa election campaign fund.
For tax years beginning before January 1, 2017, a person who files an individual or a joint income tax return with the department of revenue under section 422.13 may designate a contribution to the Iowa election campaign fund authorized pursuant to section 68A.601.
