1 IOWA TRUST CODE, §633A.4110 633A.4110 Repayment for expenditures. A trustee is entitled to be repaid out of the trust property, with interest as appropriate, for all of the following expenditures: 1. Expenditures that were properly incurred in the administration of the trust. 2.
