1 PROBATE CODE, §633.544 633.544 Notice to persons interested. The personal representative must give such notice of the death of the deceased, and of the amount and kind of property left by the decedent within the state, as, in the opinion of the court appointing the personal representative shall be best calculated to notify those interested, or supposed to be interested, in the property.
