1 PROBATE CODE, §633.249 633.249 Mode of setting off share in real estate. The referees may employ a licensed professional land surveyor, and may cause the shares in real estate to be set off by legally sufficient land descriptions. They shall make a report of their proceedings to the court as early as reasonably possible.
