1 SCHOOL CORPORATIONS, §594A.2 594A.2 Organization or change before July 2, 1960. All proceedings taken prior to July 2, 1960, purporting to provide for the organization, reorganization, enlargement, or change in the boundaries of any school corporation in this state and not heretofore declared invalid by any court are hereby legalized, validated and confirmed.
