1 REAL PROPERTY, §589.29 589.29 Permission to lay water mains. The provisions of section 320.4, relating to the laying of water mains apply to all permits or permissions granted by a county board of supervisors or the state department of transportation and its predecessors before July 1, 1979 and are retroactive to that extent.
