1 UNCLAIMED DRY CLEANING, §556G.1 556G.1 Unclaimed personal property held by a dry cleaning establishment. All property deposited with a dry cleaning establishment which remains unclaimed for a period of four months after the establishment has attempted to contact the owner of the property by ordinary mail one time at the property owner’s last known mailing address, may be presumed abandoned and disposed of by delivering the property to a local nonprofit charitable organization. 94 Acts, ch 1094, §1 Wed Feb 08 04:35:40 2017 Iowa Code 2017, Section 556G.1 (7, 0)
