1 RIGHTS TO DIES, MOLDS, AND FORMS, §556C.1 556C.1 Definitions. As used in this chapter unless the context requires otherwise: 1. “Customer” means a person who causes a molder to fabricate, cast, or otherwise make a die, mold, or form to be used for the manufacture of plastic products. 2. “Molder” means a person, including but not limited to a tool or die maker, who fabricates, casts, or otherwise makes a die, mold, or form to be used for the manufacture of plastic products. 84 Acts, ch 1066, §1 Wed Feb 08 04:35:33 2017 Iowa Code 2017, Section 556C.1 (7, 0)
