1 FARM-TO-MARKET ROADS, §310.34 310.34 Secondary road research fund. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the department is hereby authorized to set aside each year not to exceed one and one-half percent of the receipts in the farm-to-market road fund in a fund to be known as the secondary road research fund.
