1 SUPPORT PAYMENTS — LEVIES AGAINST ACCOUNTS, §252I.3 252I.3 Initial notice to obligor. The unit or district court may include language in any new or modified support order issued on or after July 1, 1994, notifying the obligor that the obligor is subject to the provisions of this chapter.
