1 ADJUSTMENT AND MODIFICATION OF SUPPORT ORDERS, §252H.12 252H.12 Support orders subject to review and adjustment. A support order meeting all of the following conditions is eligible for review and adjustment under this subchapter: 1. The support order is subject to the jurisdiction of this state for the purposes of adjustment. 2. The support order provides for the ongoing support of at least one child under the age of eighteen or a child between the ages of eighteen and nineteen who has not yet graduated from high school but who is reasonably expected to graduate from high school before attaining the age of nineteen. 3. The ongoing support for at least one child described in subsection 2 continues, under the terms of the order, beyond October 13, 1993. 4.
