1 CENTRAL EMPLOYEE REGISTRY, §252G.6 252G.6 Administration and costs of the centralized employee registry. 1. The registry shall maintain the information received from employers for a minimum period of six months. 2. State agencies accessing the centralized registry shall participate in a proportionate cost sharing to defray the administrative costs of the registry.
