1 CHILD-PLACING AGENCIES, §238.20 238.20 Minimum inspection — record. Authorized employees of the department of inspections and appeals shall visit and inspect the premises of licensed child-placing agencies at least once every twelve months and make and preserve written reports of the conditions found.
