CHAPTER 681 - ASSIGNMENT FOR BENEFIT OF CREDITORS
Section 681.13 - Labor claims preferred.

If the claim of any creditor is for personal services rendered the assignor within ninety days next preceding the execution of the assignment, it shall be paid in full.
