CHAPTER 654A - FARM MEDIATION — FARMER-CREDITOR DISPUTES
Section 654A.13 - Confidentiality.
If mediation is conducted pursuant to this chapter, the confidentiality of all mediation communications is protected as provided in section 679C.108.
