CHAPTER 321 - MOTOR VEHICLES AND LAW OF THE ROAD
Section 321.280 - Assaults and homicide.
A conviction of the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall not be a bar to a prosecution for an assault or for a homicide committed by any person in operating motor vehicles.
