222.28  Commission to examine.

The court may, at or prior to the final hearing, appoint a commission of one qualified physician and one qualified psychologist, designated through the central point of coordination process,* who shall make a personal examination of the person alleged to have an intellectual disability for the purpose of determining the mental condition of the person.
