904.318 Fire protection contracts.

The director may enter into contracts with the governing body of any city for the protection from fire of any property under the director s primary control, located in any city or in territory contiguous to a city.

The state fire marshal shall cause an annual inspection to be made of all the institutions listed in section 904.102 and shall make a written report of the inspection to the director.
