230A.15 Comprehensive community mental health program.

A community mental health center established or operating as authorized by section 230A.1, or which a county or group of counties has agreed to establish or support pursuant to that section, may, with approval of the board or boards of supervisors of the county or counties supporting or establishing the center, undertake to provide a comprehensive community mental health program for the county or counties. A center providing a comprehensive community mental health program shall, at a minimum, make available to residents of the county or counties it serves all of the mental health services described in the comprehensive state mental health and disability services plan under section 225C.6B.
