CHAPTER 327G - RAILROAD RIGHTS=OF=WAY, CROSSINGS, TRACKS, AND FENCING
327G.28 - COMPULSORY ESTABLISHMENT.

        327G.28  COMPULSORY ESTABLISHMENT.
         Whenever in the judgment of the department it is necessary for the
      public safety, said department may require the establishment of an
      interlocking system or other safety device at any railroad crossing,
      junction or drawbridge.
