CHAPTER 321 - MOTOR VEHICLES AND LAW OF THE ROAD
321.205 - CONVICTION OR ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION IN ANOTHER JURISDICTION.

        321.205  CONVICTION OR ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION IN
      ANOTHER JURISDICTION.
         The department is authorized to suspend or revoke the driver's
      license of a resident of this state or disqualify a resident of this
      state from operating a commercial motor vehicle for any of the
      following reasons:
         1.  Upon receiving notice of the conviction of the resident in
      another state for an offense which, if committed in this state, would
      be grounds for the suspension or revocation of the license or
      disqualification of the person from operating a commercial motor
      vehicle.
         2.  Upon receiving notice of a final administrative decision in
      another state that the resident has acted in a manner which would be
      grounds for suspension or revocation of the license or
      disqualification of the person from operating a commercial motor
      vehicle in this state.
