CHAPTER 321 - MOTOR VEHICLES AND LAW OF THE ROAD
321.158 - REGISTRATION DEPENDENT ON SCHEDULE.

        321.158  REGISTRATION DEPENDENT ON SCHEDULE.
         No motor vehicle shall be registered in this state unless the
      manufacturer thereof has furnished to the department the sworn
      statement herein provided, giving the list price and weight of the
      model of the motor vehicle that is offered for registration, except
      as provided in section 321.159.
