321.110 - REJECTING FRACTIONAL DOLLARS.

        321.110  REJECTING FRACTIONAL DOLLARS.
         When the annual registration fee, computed according to section
      321.109, subsection 1, totals a fraction over a certain number of
      dollars the fee shall be arrived at by computing to the nearest even
      dollar.
