232.80 - HOMEMAKER SERVICES.

        232.80  HOMEMAKER SERVICES.
         A homemaker-home health aide may be assigned to give care to a
      child in the child's place of residence.  Whenever possible, the
      services shall be provided in preference to removal of the child from
      the home.  The care may be provided under this Act{ on an emergency
      basis for up to twenty-four hours without court order, and may be
      ordered by the court for a period of time extending until dismissal
      or disposition of the case.
