73.5 - VIOLATIONS -- CRIMINAL PENALTY.
73.5 VIOLATIONS -- CRIMINAL PENALTY. An officer or person who is connected with, or is a member or agent or representative of a commission, board, committee, officer or other governing body of this state, or of any county, township, school district, city, or contractor, who fails to give preference as required in this chapter is guilty of a simple misdemeanor. Each separate case of failure to give preference is a separate offense.Section History: Early Form
