70A.3 - APPRAISERS OF PROPERTY.
70A.3 APPRAISERS OF PROPERTY. The appraisers appointed by authority of law to appraise property for any purpose shall be paid a reasonable amount determined by the sheriff of the county in which the property appraised is located. Unless otherwise provided, the amount paid shall be paid out of the property appraised or by the owner thereof.Section History: Early Form
