68.7 - WARRANT OF ARREST.

        68.7  WARRANT OF ARREST.
         When presented with an impeachment, the senate must forthwith
      cause the person accused to be arrested and brought before it.  The
      warrant of arrest or other process shall be issued by the secretary
      of the senate, signed by the secretary, and may be served by any
      person authorized by the senate or president.
