CHAPTER 66 - REMOVAL FROM OFFICE
66.6 - NOTICE.

        66.6  NOTICE.
         Upon the filing of a petition, notice of such filing and of the
      time and place of hearing shall be served upon the accused in the
      manner required for the service of notice of the commencement of an
      ordinary action.  Said time shall not be less than ten days nor more
      than twenty days after completed service of said notice.
