66.10 - GOVERNOR TO DIRECT FILING.

        66.10  GOVERNOR TO DIRECT FILING.
         The governor shall direct the attorney general to file such
      petition against any of said officers whenever the governor has
      reasonable grounds for such direction.  The attorney general shall
      comply with such direction and prosecute such action.
