64.8 - BONDS OF COUNTY OFFICERS.

        64.8  BONDS OF COUNTY OFFICERS.
         The bonds of members of the boards of supervisors, county
      attorneys, recorders, auditors, sheriffs, and assessors shall each be
      in a penal sum of not less than twenty thousand dollars.  The amount
      of each bond shall be determined by the board of supervisors.
