CHAPTER 53 - ABSENT VOTERS
53.15 - MARKING BALLOT.

        53.15  MARKING BALLOT.
         The registered voter, on receipt of an absentee ballot, shall mark
      the ballot in such a manner that no other person will know how the
      ballot is marked.
         Registered voters who are blind, cannot read, or because of any
      other physical disability, are unable to mark their own absentee
      ballot, may have the assistance of any person the registered voter
      may select.
