52.8 - EXPERIMENTAL USE.
52.8 EXPERIMENTAL USE. The board of supervisors of any county may provide for the experimental use at an election in one or more districts, of an optical scan voting system which it might lawfully adopt, without a formal adoption of the system; and its use at such election shall be as valid for all purposes as if it had been lawfully adopted.Section History: Early Form
