48A.33 - DECLINATION OF REGISTRATION OPPORTUNITY.

        48A.33  DECLINATION OF REGISTRATION OPPORTUNITY.
         When a client or applicant of a voter registration agency declines
      to register to vote, the record of the declination shall be kept by
      the voter registration agency for twenty-two months after the next
      general election after which time the agency may destroy the records.
