CHAPTER 43 - PARTISAN NOMINATIONS == PRIMARY ELECTION
43.96 - PROXIES PROHIBITED.

        43.96  PROXIES PROHIBITED.
         If any precinct shall not be fully represented the delegates
      present from such precinct shall cast the full vote thereof, if the
      rules of the convention, party bylaws or constitution so permit, and
      there shall be no proxies.
