CHAPTER 43 - PARTISAN NOMINATIONS == PRIMARY ELECTION
43.95 - CALLING CONVENTION TO ORDER.

        43.95  CALLING CONVENTION TO ORDER.
         When the delegates, or a majority thereof, or when delegates
      representing a majority of the precincts, thus elected, shall have
      assembled in the county convention, the convention shall be called to
      order by the chairperson of the county central committee, who shall
      present the certified list of delegates and members of the county
      central committee.  If the convention is being held after the primary
      election, the chairperson shall also present a list of the offices
      for which no nomination was made at the primary election by reason of
      the failure of any candidate for any such office to receive the
      legally required number of votes cast by such party therefor.
