CHAPTER 43 - PARTISAN NOMINATIONS == PRIMARY ELECTION
43.69 - CERTIFICATES IN CASE OF FAILURE TO NOMINATE.

        43.69  CERTIFICATES IN CASE OF FAILURE TO NOMINATE.
         Said state board shall, at once after completing its canvass,
      prepare separate certificates for each political party as to each
      office for which no candidate was nominated by such party. Such
      certificates shall show the names of the several candidates for each
      of these offices who were voted for at the primary election and the
      number of votes received by each of said candidates. These
      certificates shall be sent to the respective chairpersons of the
      state central committee of each political party.
