CHAPTER 43 - PARTISAN NOMINATIONS == PRIMARY ELECTION
43.47 - MESSENGER SENT FOR RETURNS.

        43.47  MESSENGER SENT FOR RETURNS.
         If the returns from any precinct are not delivered as provided in
      section 43.46, the commissioner shall forthwith send a messenger for
      the missing returns, and the messenger shall be paid as provided by
      section 50.47 for such services.
