43.36 - AUSTRALIAN BALLOT.
43.36 AUSTRALIAN BALLOT. The Australian ballot system as now used in this state, except as herein modified, shall be used at said primary election. The endorsement of the precinct election officials and the facsimile of the commissioner's signature shall appear upon the ballots as provided for general elections.Section History: Early Form
