CHAPTER 43 - PARTISAN NOMINATIONS == PRIMARY ELECTION
43.22 - NOMINATIONS CERTIFIED.

        43.22  NOMINATIONS CERTIFIED.
         The state commissioner shall, at least sixty- nine days before a
      primary election, furnish to the commissioner of each county a
      certificate under the state commissioner's hand and seal, which
      certificate shall show:
         1.  The name and post-office address of each person for whom a
      nomination paper has been filed in the state commissioner's office,
      and for whom the voters of said county have the right to vote at said
      election.
         2.  The office for which such person is a candidate.
         3.  The political party from which such person seeks a nomination.
