CHAPTER 43 - PARTISAN NOMINATIONS == PRIMARY ELECTION
43.100 - CENTRAL COMMITTEE -- DUTIES.
43.100 CENTRAL COMMITTEE -- DUTIES. The county central committee shall elect the officers of the committee. Each member shall be given written notice at least five days in advance of the time and place of any meeting scheduled for the election of officers. Every county central committee shall adopt a constitution and bylaws which shall govern the committee's operation. A copy of the constitution and bylaws so adopted shall be kept on file at the office of the commissioner for the county in which the central committee exists and at the office of the state commissioner. Amendments to a county central committee's constitution or bylaws shall upon adoption be filed in the same manner as the original documents. Vacancies in such committee may be filled by majority vote of the committee, or at a precinct caucus called pursuant to the party's state constitution or bylaws.Section History: Early Form
