633A.4211 - ENFORCEMENT AND DEFENSE OF CLAIMS AND ACTIONS.

        633A.4211  ENFORCEMENT AND DEFENSE OF CLAIMS AND
      ACTIONS.
         A trustee shall take reasonable steps to enforce claims of the
      trust, to defend claims against the trust, and to defend against
      actions that may result in a loss to the trust.
