CHAPTER 630 - PROCEEDINGS AUXILIARY TO EXECUTION
630.3 - BY WHOM ORDER GRANTED.

        630.3  BY WHOM ORDER GRANTED.
         Such order may be made by the district court in which the judgment
      was rendered, or by the district court of the county to which
      execution has been issued.  The debtor may be required to appear and
      answer before either of such courts, or before a referee appointed
      for that purpose by the court who issued the order, to report either
      the evidence or the facts.
