630.14 - WARRANT OF ARREST.

        630.14  WARRANT OF ARREST.
         Upon proof, to the satisfaction of the court or judge authorized
      to grant the order aforesaid, that there is danger that the defendant
      will leave the state, or that the defendant will hide, such court or
      judge, instead of the order, may issue a warrant for the arrest of
      the debtor, and for bringing the debtor forthwith before the court or
      judge, upon which being done, the debtor may be examined in the same
      manner and with the like effect as is above provided.
