        625A.6  FILING IN RE ACTION TO TEST
      CONSTITUTIONALITY.
         If the action challenges the legality, validity or
      constitutionality of a proposed constitutional amendment, an abstract
      of record shall be filed within five days after the service of notice
      of appeal, unless additional time, not to exceed three days, be
      granted by the chief justice.
