CHAPTER 625 - COSTS
625.8 - JURY AND REPORTER FEES.

        625.8  JURY AND REPORTER FEES.
         1.  The clerk of the district court shall tax as a court cost a
      jury fee of one hundred dollars in every action tried to a jury.
         2.  The clerk of the district court shall tax as a court cost a
      fee of forty dollars per day for the services of a court reporter.
         3.  Revenue from the fees required by this section shall be
      deposited in the account established under section 602.8108.
