624.29 - CONVEYANCE BY COMMISSIONER.
624.29 CONVEYANCE BY COMMISSIONER.
Real property may be conveyed by a commissioner appointed by the
court:
1. Where, by judgment in an action, a party is ordered to convey
such property to another.
2. Where such property has been sold under a judgment or order of
the court, and the purchase price has been paid. Section History: Early Form
