624.15 - MUST BE ON MATERIAL POINT.

        624.15  MUST BE ON MATERIAL POINT.
         No exception shall be regarded in an appellate court unless the
      ruling has been on a material point, and the effect thereof
      prejudicial to the rights of the party excepting.
