622.86 - FOREIGN AFFIDAVITS.

        622.86  FOREIGN AFFIDAVITS.
         Those taken out of the state before any judge or clerk of a court
      of record, or before a notary public, or a commissioner appointed by
      the governor of this state to take acknowledgment of deeds in the
      state where such affidavit is taken, are of the same credibility as
      if taken within the state.
