619.10 - EVIDENCE UNDER DENIAL.

        619.10  EVIDENCE UNDER DENIAL.
         Under a denial of an allegation, no evidence shall be introduced
      which does not tend to negative some fact the party making the
      controverted allegation is bound to prove.
