614.23 - HOW "POSSESSION" ESTABLISHED.

        614.23  HOW "POSSESSION" ESTABLISHED.
         The possession of the persons claiming title as provided for in
      section 614.22 may be established by affidavit recorded in the office
      of the recorder of the county or counties in this state in which the
      deed to the land referred to in said affidavit is recorded.
